Are trading accounts closed due to inactivity?

Trading accounts are not closed for inactivity, but they are «archived«. For an account to be archived, one month must pass without any activity on the account.

A client can reactivate his trading account by sending an email to the Customer Support area: [email protected]

As of August 21, 2023, we will no longer be able to receive clients from countries that are part of the European Union under the regulation of South Africa (FSCA). Likewise, the accounts of European clients currently under South African regulation will be closed at the end of August 2023. This is due to changes implemented by ESMA and Eurozone regulators.
